Windows 10: Windows 10 Flickering screen, windows acting aggressive... Yes this again!

Laptop unusable mostly acting like it is infected. Whilst booting small mouse contrails are seen on left side. Then at sign on screen, two cursors on are present, one controlled by mouse and one randomly jittering around clicking things at random. If you manage to open any browser, it zooms in and out unvontrollably and cursors disappear and reappear. Tried many settings regarding display adapters and mouse but to no avail next thing is a jar of petrol and a match!

I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.

I understand your query. I suggest you to follow the steps to get out of safe mode.

• 
  Press Windows key + R
  
• 
  Type msconfig
  
• 
  In msconfig > Boot tab >
  Boot Options > uncheck Safe Boot > APPLY / OK.
