Windows 10: Windows 10 Forced an update, didn't recognize my profile and erased all my software, and...

It also won't let me undo the update. I am severely disappointed in Microsoft. It says that since the last update is more than 10 days old, I cannot restore Windows. I have purchased software that I only have online, I do not have backups of my Chrome bookmarks, and I do not know what all of the extensions were that I had on Chrome. How can a Windows update make Windows not recognize my login and basically be like a new profile? That is ridiculous! Can somebody help me so this can be recovered? When I first logged in, Windows said that it could be fixed by logging out then logging in. I tried to start some software by looking for the shortcut, and it started to start the software with the startup screen, but then it didn't start. All of my software is erased from the start menu, and all of the stuff that had been backed up and transferred from my previous laptop to this laptop is erased, from music to photos, to songs that I had written, and videos that I had created, and a book that I had started and other things. I don't have backup, because the external hard drive, had some problem and had automatically erased all data by itself. So please tell me there is some solution to this error that this update has that made it not login correctly and not show all of my data. Before updating Windows, I had saved all of my tabs on Chrome, and yet, updating it erased everything I had saved, including all extensions, and the saved tabs. No software is here, and nothing that was in this profile. Please say that this profile can be restored.

Windows 10 forced download

I actually had a client call yesterday with an email problem. when I tried walking him through some steps, he says "Yeah, I don't see that there, but I think it's because it's updated to windows 10. It did that a few weeks ago. I came back in on Monday, and it said Welcome to Windows 10"..... I think I'd throw the computer out the window.

 

Notification didn´t appear

Windows 10 has ben released for 1 day and a half,and I didn´t get the notification for installing.I reserved it.Can anyone help me?

PS I am running Windows 7 and it´s up to date.

 

NVIDIA SLI Profile Update 3 Released

The third in its series of SLI profile updates, NVIDIA further expanded the list of games that benefit from its SLI multi-GPU technology, while improving support for some games that are already supported. This release comes over a month after its previous release. The software adds and updates to the driver's SLI Profiles. SLI support is added for the following games:

• Borderlands
• Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs
• G-Force
• FIFA Soccer 2010
• League of Legends: Clash of Fates
• NHL 2009
• Order of War
• Pro Evolution Soccer 2010
• Race On
• Star Trek: D-A-C

SLI support is improved for the following games that already support it: Champions Online, and Dragon-Age: Origins.
