Windows 10 forces me to use online account!

I honestly don't know how to react to this anymore.
Even at the installation stage, I refused all online functions.

I had to disconnect my pc from the Internet to create a regular local account! And here again, the system in full screen imposes on me "connecting online functionality", leaving me a miserable choice in the form of "postpone the annoying reminder for 3 days or continue."

Sorry, Microsoft really think that this is NORMAL?

As a user, I feel disrespectful to myself and my choice, this is my computer and I decide what functions I need on it and what not!

How i suppose unlock my PC with touch or smile?! It's casual computer without camera or any kind of sensors!
Link your phone to PC? I don't know how it suppose to work with iPhone, but honestly, i don't need it, for this exist MacBook!
See activity history on other devices? Gee, it's only Win10 machine that belongs to me.
Microsoft 360 is a fun joke for peoples who have licence on NORMAL OFFICE.

Microsoft Cloud i either way not need, was disable it right after installation.

I will ignore the last point, I use third-party browsers, I do not need Microsoft's help.

I also don’t use the Microsoft Store, desktop programs are enough for me, I don’t need this UWP or whatever they call it.

I don't even have XBOX! Why i should endure from now on each 3 days reminder about stuffwhich I will never need in my life?

I ask...no. I DEMAND instruction how to cut it out of system or disable notification.Microsoft corporation should stop violate myrights and freedoms, either way stop impose me anything.

Strange Windows 10 User Account issue.

Unfortunately I had done those steps numerous reboots, it just, reappears for no good reason. The base account isn't even a Microsoft account, it's a local account.

I haven't quite tried the built in administrator account on W10, but so far in my experience on my own computer, the built in account seemed to have absolutely no more control than I did on my own.

It's just strange, I go in, it warns me twice about deleting the account, then it's gone. Reboot, and it's back?

EDIT: Just to specify, both command line and Netplwiz both say only HIS account exists on the computer, it doesn't list this rogue account. This is what I meant in my first post about the fact that even Windows doesn't seem to believe it exists, HALF the time. *Frown Windows 10 forces me to use online account! :(

    Windows 10 Tweaks

As you may already know, Windows 10 (as well as Windows 8) allow you to log in with a valid Microsoft account, instead of creating a local account that only works on your machine. However, you may prefer to keep a local account for privacy reasons. If you do, though, some Windows 10 features—like Cortana—may not work. Despite the default behavior, the Windows 10 Store is not one of them. You can still log in to your Microsoft account for just the Store without switching to a full Microsoft account. The process, however, is not terribly obvious. To do so, follow these steps:

    • Launch the Store from your Start menu.
    • Click the user icon next to the search box.
    • Click “Sign-in” from the menu that appears.
    • Choose “Microsoft account” and log in like normal.
    • When the “Make it yours” box appears do not enter your password. Instead, click “Sign in to just this app instead.”

Windows 10 forces me to use online account!

    Windows 10 forced download

I actually had a client call yesterday with an email problem. when I tried walking him through some steps, he says "Yeah, I don't see that there, but I think it's because it's updated to windows 10. It did that a few weeks ago. I came back in on Monday, and it said Welcome to Windows 10"..... I think I'd throw the computer out the window.
