Windows 10: Windows 10 forgot the admin and username password stuck in blue screen boot loop

I think I’ve seen similar threads about this problem, but I haven’t seen anyone post what their screen looks like so I’m not sure if they had my same problem. At this point any advice/steps will help before I just turn to a professional

I am stuck in the boot loop with the blue screen and no access to windows 10 anymore. How can I reset my password?

My laptop encountered an error and I've been in a bit of a loop with the recovery part (e.i. restarting and ending up with the error and then being told automatic repair can't fix the issue). Every attempt I've made to use things like command prompt and stuff like the reset option has been blocked by it saying I have the wrong password and I know it's correct because I just used it to log in on here. I also tried older passwords, my computer pin, and my Gmail passwords, just in case, but I still get nothing. What do I do?

According to your description, you were forgot the username password and unable to access the system.

Something need to be confirmed with you, are you logging in the system with a Microsoft account or a local account?

If you are unable to access the system now. First, I advise you to try the following steps to check whether you can start your PC in safe mode.

1. Hold down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.
   
2. Press the power button again to turn on your device.
   
3. On the first sign that Windows has started (for example, some devices show the manufacturer’s logo when restarting) hold down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.
   
4. Press the power button again to turn on your device.
   
5. When Windows restarts, hold down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.
   
6. Press the power button again to turn on your device.
   
7. Allow your device to fully restart. You will enter winRE.
   

Now that you are in winRE, you will follow these steps to take you to safe mode:

1. On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
   
2. After your device restarts, you'll see a list of options. Select option 5 from the list or press F5 for Safe Mode with Networking.

If you can access the system in the above way.

Windows 10 Blue Screen Loop - forgot admin password

Hello, my laptop is stuck in a blue screen loop on start up. It says it has encountered an error and needs to restart, which is does, and goes back to a blue screen. In the advanced options, everything I try (such as uninstalling updates) needs an admin password, but any password I put in is wrong. It shows my email address so I presume it is the password linked to that? I have tried using the Microsoft Media Creation on a usb stick, but nothing on there works either, I just get error messages. Can you help please?
