Windows 10: windows 10 freeze when playing games after a random amount of time,

Hi, so basically everytime i play a game on windows 10 the whole thing freezes after a random amount of time but i still manage to hear the sound normally while i cannot do anything else.What have i tried so far:-installed all windows 10 updates-updated and checked all my drivers even uninstalled and reinstalled + checked with driver easy etc-ran windows memory diagnostic tool-did sfc scan in cmd and dism check health/restore-scanned for malware/virus not anyFrom the event viewer, i see an error called kernel power id 41 63.While from the reliability history there is this errorroblem&n

Can't play Hit It Rich game and system freezes

Thank you for your response.

I can understand how frustrating it would be. This issue might be due to corrupted profile or if the game is not installed completely. I suggest you to follow these steps and let us know if it works.

Could you please help me with the below questions:

• Are you aware of any changes happened on the computer prior to this issue?
  
• Have you tried playing this game on other browser (Google chrome or Mozilla) and check for the issue?
  

Step 1: Uninstall or Repair the game.

1. Press Windows and
   R key together on your Keyboard.
2. Type appwiz.cpl and hit enter.
   
3. Right click on the Hit it Rich app > Select Repair or uninstall it.
4. Reinstall the application and check for the issue.
   

Step 2: Create a new local account.

The reason might be due to user account corruption, so I would suggest you to ‘Create
a local user or administrator account’ and check if the issue persists.

Note: You will not see all your files under your default file location.
So your data will be saved under C:\Users\User_name.

windows 11 freezes in random times in games or in Desktop

windows 11 freezes in random times when playing games or in desktop and keeps freezing for 1 sec but this is annoying .

when I bought this PC in 2 months ago everything was OK

note: all Temperatures in the Perfect Ranges

PC specs

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X

GPU: Nividia RTX 2060 6gb

RAMs : 2x8 GB 3200 MHZ

SSD : 256 G Kingstone

OS build: 22000.613

Windows version : 21H2
