Windows 10: Windows 10 freeze without errors

hello my Windows 10 freezes and nothing can be done except hard reset. Well, the problem is that the Explorer plus wallpaper engine gets stuck, when you start the task manager, it starts up, but you can't turn off anything there, the apps don't run, then when you try to restart it via the menu, it doesn't work, and if you want to type on the keyboard, you one key writes all characters. I just don't know what to do with it, because there is nothing and no error anywhere. I have Windows updated, I looked for viruses and nothing. I also tried diagnostics in windows and also clean.
