Windows 10: windows 10 freeze

my pc is behaving very strange,i go on the internet say face book for example.and then it just goes back one screen an then back to home screen without me touching anything.and then all icon in taskbar freeze and cant close explorer until I cntl alt and delete,it wont let me shut down or restart or anything.but can click icon on my desk top and they work fine,like my games I have installed which are very demanding and I can play them for hours with no issues.and when I end my game .everything in task bar including start menu unresponsive.then I will restart using cnt alt and delete..and everthing is fine until I try to do anything in windows.even does it if I click on settings like iwill click settings and then apps .and then all of a sudden puts me back to settings.so annoying .my computer is pretty much useless other than playing games.....
