Windows 10: Windows 10 freeze

Lately my desktop running Windows 10 (upgraded from Windows 7) started freezing

Screen freeze, mouse freezes,

I notice power to the keyboard is also cut off (all lights to CAPS & Num Lock are off)


I have to power off manually and power back on. This is happening daily now.

I ran a scan, no viruses no threats.

Firewalls are on

all windows are up to date


What can I do ?
