Windows 10: windows 10 freezes and a lot of errors

Hi everyone,I really need help. I've asked a question before, but nothing's been fixed.Windows 10 freezes after booting after ~5 minutes - Microsoft CommunityAnd now I've completely reinstalled Windows, and it's an error again : 0x8007043c - 0x90018Is there any help, please?

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
