Windows 10: Windows 10 freezes AT LEAST five times a day

Title says it. Event Viewer shows a critical error but I am unable to interpret it:


The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
