    Windows 10 freezes at random intervals


    On my Windows 10 Pro computer, with 1 game, 1 file explorer and 1 browser open in the background, when trying to open some files from the file explorer, it freezes and becomes unresponsive for a while, then it gets better. There is a cracked game on the PC, but when I run a full scan as an administrator with the MRT tool, it is virus-free.

    Computer freezing frequently at random intervals

    I'm using windows 10 in my hp Probook 4540s.

    My Computer freezes frequently at random intervals of 2 or 3 seconds. If I turn on the PC from first window itself it is behaving like this.

    I'm facing this issue for the first time. Why it is happening like this?
    What I need to do to solve this issue.
