    Hi,So last week i started experiencing lag or whole computer freezing for few seconds and then going back normal. I looked around internet for answers and saw that updating bios would help, so i did that and updated my bios, but nothing changed.Somewhere i saw that if you go to event viewer > windows logs > systemyou could find out what the problem is, but i have no yellow warnings that come up at the times of the lag instead i get "information" message that says:"The start type of the Background Intelligent Transfer Service service was&n

    Random freezes or shut downs

    Hrrmmmm... but wouldnt formatting and reinstalling windows fix the issue since the virus/trojan/spyware isnt on the system any longer?
