Windows 10: Windows 10 Freezes, cause unknown

Hello,


I have been struggling with constant freezes of my PC for some time now.


Since this happens mostly when i am playing some YouTube video i figured it might have to do something with graphics card, however the same card has no problems running demanding games on high details.


The PC never crashes and i have never seen a bluescreen it simply hangs with 'booing' sound and i have to reset it.

My specs:


IntelR CoreTM i7-5820K CPU @ 3.30GHz 3.30 GHz

RAM 32,0 GB

GPU: Radeon RX 590 Series

Motherboard: X99A MPOWER MS-7885
Windows 10 Home

Can someone tell me what is definitive cause of this problem and/or why does it happen?
