    Hello,


    my fresh installed Windows 10 freezes after a few seconds startup. I can used the opened programs but can not open new ones. Seems like its the explorer.exe or maybe something else.


    But if i cut off my desktop PC from power or shut it down forcefully over his button and i start the PC again it works fine.


    Already made the scan health stuff and everything is ok. Didnt worked.

    So far i installed Microsoft Office 2019 and Firefox and Kasperky IS. All drivers were preloaded from Windows. Didnt need to install the manually.


    Im using a Radeon R9 and AMD FX 6350 System.


    What can i do? Please help, it is so annyoing. Already reinstalled Windows 10 3 times. Worked fine under Windows 7 few days before.

    PowerDVD 9 freezes on startup for 10 seconds

    My problem is that my PowerDVD 9 freezes whole system for 5-10 seconds while starting. It happens on my HD monitor Samsung 240HD. But when I connect 40 inch 720p tv it works great. Please, can u suggest what the problem or give some link to fix.

    I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
    Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
    I had tried that as well... no result.
