Windows 10: Windows 10 freezes on spinning circle

So a few hours ago I restarted PC and it kept freezing on the spinning circle after 40-50 seconds since the startup. Right away I noticed that my keyboard and mouse backlight didn't light up it usually does 4-5 seconds after the windows logo appears.Solution options I've tried so far:Booting with safe mode. It doesn't even show the spinning circle, only the Windows logo. I also enabled boot logging, but the ntbtlog.txt file was missing.Recreating EFI partition using diskpart and bcdboot.Running sfc /scannow and dism with install.esd source. It said that the operation was completed successful

Windows 10 Black Spinning Circle with Cursor Pointer Before Login screen

I am in Windows 10 14393.2046 Build and during Boot I am Experiencing Black screen with a cursor and spinning circle ,having updated my Graphics Card Drivers Up to Date and Windows 10 1607 Cumulative Updates too.Since i didnt have any startup issues in
Windows 8.1 ,10240 as well as 10586 builds and i performed all troubleshooting steps and annoyed me.I can say that it is a windows issue and you have to sort it out ,only problem is

• Windows Logo Spinning Circle
• Black Screen spinning Circle
• Login

 

Blue Spinning Circle - Windows 10

Hi,

Recently upgraded to Windows 10 on a HP tower - recently I have been getting a spinning blue circle next to the cursor. I've checked through Task Manager to see if there is anything causing this, I've disabled Error reporting as prior suggestions and posts.

The circle disappears when typing or ending a process then re-appears seconds later. More of a nuisance than having an adverse effects.

Any suggestions?

Spinning blue circle of death

• Upgraded to Windows 10 during free upgrade period on 4 yr old HP Envy Laptop.
  
• Experienced no issues for several months
• Now, almost every time I try to open, cut and paste a file or create a new folder...spinning blue circle of death and the application freezes.
  
• I can still perform other tasks.
• Never had patience to wait it out. But one time, I was called away and when I returned, the file was ready to rename, copy etc...

What will stop this and how do I speed up the computer? I was only at 13% CPU usage with 2 programs running, and 6 websites open on two different browsers. That said, the blue spinning circle of death happens even when there are no other programs open.

I've also notice that this machine seems to never be able to connect to HP support for updates. Even when I try it manually walking through the steps, it seems like it gets tied up in the downloading portion.

Background info= HP Envy Laptop; Intel i7; 8 GB RAM; 1 TB storage (but only 1/3 full); wirelessly connected to a cable modem. Movies download fast so I don't believe the connection is an issue.
