Windows 10: Windows 10 freezes randomly on an old PC

my setup:GeForce GT 610Intel Core 2 Quad Q9400 2.668GB DDR2120GB SSDWin10motherboard: P7N SLI Platinumi was using windows 7 for a long time and in 2019 finally decided to upgrade to windows 10, at first everything was fine but then my pc started randomly freezing, everything would just stop but i still could move the cursor, minimize/expand windows, after restart everything was back to normal until the next freeze, which could happen a week from the last one or were could be 3 freezes in day it was completely random. at the time i had only hdd in my pc so a week ago i bought ssd and decided to

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
