Windows 10: Windows 10 freezes randomly

Dear Sir/ Madam,We found that on all our public computers, Windows 10 freezes randomly the number lock and the mouse did not respond. I have already updated all drivers, firmware and all Windows Updates, and then, I also tried disable the C-state and Intel Speedstep, but the problem still occurs, could you please provide solution to the problem?Windows version: Windows 10 Version 1809 OS Build 17763.2029 Enterprise LTSCThank you.

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
