Windows 10: Windows 10 freezes when plugging in XP-Pen 15.6 Artist Pro tablet

Hello, anytime I plug in my 15.6 artist pro, my computer freezes after a few seconds. I can still move my mouse, but everything else is completely frozen. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the xp pen driver, installing an older driver, and switching the plug to a different USB port. It still freezes forcing me to completely restart my PC. Last week my boyfriend updated my computer's other drives so those should be up to date, but if that's causing the freeze I'm not sure which one to rollback. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

,y xp pen artist 22e pro isnt recognixing my tablet even though i see a mirror image on my drawing tablet. yet when i run the software for the xp pen it says to connect the device first but it is already connected. where is a firmware to fix this problem

Windows 11 and XP-PEN Artist 22 Pro incompatibility (solved!)

New update:

I have hidden update KB 5007292 , but graphic tablet is still unusable. I cannot use the mouse, I cannot turn off the computer, I cannot use the pen . I can only turn off the computer if I unplug the tablet . Therefore, incompatibility between Windows 11 and XP-PEN Artist 22 Pro remains . Problem is unresolved .

If any XP - PEN user finds a solution please share. Microsoft and/or XP-PEN must provide with a solution.
