Windows 10: Windows 10 freezes

My asus x441n got freeze when i left it idle. So i tried to update it via update helper and updated it to 1803 but the prpblem still persist. Then, i ask a person from microsoft for it's solution and he told me that this may be because of the 1803 update which is not the latest update. So I follow him and update to 1809. But still it's still freesing. Today, it froze 2 times while watchung from microsoft movie app. And i dunno what to do anymore.
