Windows 10: Windows 10 freezes

I have a problem my Windows 10 os version 19044 21H2 asus X553ma laptop freezes randomly when It freeze I can't move the mouse cursor and run the task manager the only way to solve this problem is to hold the power button on the laptop for 5-10 seconds and restart it . This problem has happened to me twice so far, the first time a month ago, the second time today. Can someone help me to solve this problem?
