Windows 10: Windows 10 freezing after getting in home after 17134.167 update

Hello!
My windows 10 is freezing and the mouse cursor is starting to spin! after sometime Microsoft Windows soft responding or something message! Previously it was working fine though, I reinstalled windows 10 and facing this issue.
Working fine in safe mode though, no idea about the problem! Had to reinstall the windows once again and paused the updates for now, worried now! Can anyone suggest me what to do?

Windows continuously updates (5-6 Mb/s, HDD 100% usage) the file:

C:\Windows\System32\SleepStudy\UserNotPresentSession.etl

I have hundreds of combinations of two events there (ID: 73, 167)

Windows Vista Wont Install Freezes?

had the same problem, freezes and long installation including each step loading, in my case a bios update helped.
