Windows 10: Windows 10 Freezing and Mouse Not Clicking I have to open Task Manager as a "Cheat"

Hello,I've been having these problems and I cant find a way to solve it. I didnt installed or changed anything on my laptop, and I startedhaving some problems.Problems in the last days:- While navigation through the internet chrome or edge, it starts randomly to open new tabs or repeated tabs after 10-15 minutes it stops and then does it again after some time- Windows explorer freezes when I try to click to close any Folder or Window, however I see the highlights when crossing the mouse above those hiperlinks- I can only solve the issue at the moment if I open task manager with alt-delete

Computer freezes when I open task manager.

Windows Freezes & only opening Task Manager can fix it

How do i stop this from happening?

All windows randomly freeze up and if i open task manager they are all of a sudden released. When frozen i cant even click something closed. We ran the scan now as suggested and nothing
