Windows 10: Windows 10 freezing, but I can still interact with things?

So a couple of days ago, windows started to freeze after a couple minutes passed since log-in. When this happens, the taskbar freezes first but I can still move my mouse to click on things and open new windows. However, then any open programs would freeze. I can minimize them but not close them. I can't shut off or restart my computer either, nothing happens when I click the buttons. When I boot in safe mode it never freezes. If I try to install or uninstall something it'll just freeze. What's weird though, is that when I had discord open during the freeze, I could type something and send it a

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Wait, but have you done the whole step-by-step guide described in the OP? DDL/DTS isn't supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 either, unless if you do the steps listed there.
