    Hey, my laptop keeps freezing randomly.so I checked out the temperature and it turns out it was high duo to the fan was not working so I fixed it and replaced my thermal paste but unfortunately the issue still there then i replaced my HDD with the SSd but that did not fixed it finally i went to the reliability history and i got this massage : Problem signature Problem Event Name: LiveKernelEvent Code: 117 Parameter 1: ffffce89fefdc010 Parameter 2: fffff8041b637f90 Parameter 3: 0 Parameter 4: 2510 OS version: 10_0_19045 Service Pack: 0_0 Product: 256_1 OS Version: 10.0.19045.2.0.0.256.48 Local

    I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
    Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
    I had tried that as well... no result.
