Windows 10: Windows 10 Freezing

Hello, I use Ubisoft Connect and was having no issues with that or any other apps. Now, whenever I try to open up Ubisoft Connect it freezes my PC instantly. I tried to uninstall, that also froze my PC. I also tried closing all other apps which still had the same result.
