Windows 10: Windows 10 freezing

Hello. Recently I got a new PC, with preinstalled and registered Win10 Home. From today I noticed some bug - after an hour the PC has been powered on, everything "freezes" in a particular way - I can move the coursor, click on apps, but nothing responds. Even when I try to search something in the search menu or any browser - it doesn't load anything. The clock also stops.

I remembered that on my old PC, something like that happened when I installed Razer Game Booster/Cortex. On the new pc i don't have this app. Can you give me any suggestions why this is happening?

Uninstalled everything I installed yesterday/today, but it didn't fix.

Tried running virus check/secutiry check/hardware check with different programs, nothing showed any problems.

Tried updating windows, didn't get fixed.

Can you give me any suggestions why this is happening and how to fix it? Is it possible that I downloaded a virus or something?

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
