Windows 10: Windows 10 freezing

Hi, I am currently having an issue where my Windows 10 will not load. I've attempted to load into safe mode which hasn't worked and still freezes. I feel like I've exhuasted every potential solution at this point. here is a list of solutions I've attempted:- Reset CMOS- launching from a USB device which has windows installaton media on it. - Unplugging different storage devices - Resetting BIOS to its default values. - Wipe the SSD - Hard resetting the computer multiple times- trying different RAM slots - trying each bit of RAM indivdually on its own to see if its a RAM issue. None of these ha

• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
