Windows 10: windows 10 freezing

Hi!
I was going to reinstall windows 10 onto my laptop (Acer Aspire E 15). Under installation it stucked. A windows opened on the screen and stays

Ander under this stay yes or no. I can not press neighter yes or no. I turn off laptop and turn on, it is the same window on the screen. I can`t continue eather.
