    Hi My laptop is running Windows 10 and has been getting slower and I was considering doing a "fresh start"


    I use it to send a newsletter every couple months.


    I send it using Windows Live Mail 2012 and have created a number of groups in the contact list.

    If I do a fresh start, I'm worried that I may lose live mail which I'm comfortable using and also my contact list.
