    Hi guys, happy HalloweenI am trying to reinstall windows 10 in my pc with a bootable windows 10 usb drive. It is always stops at the starting loading screen, Some times at the first spin only, some times after 2 or 3 times spinning. Interesting to see is usb drive is booting when I try on my laptop. No matter what I do. I even used windows media installation tool to write the os from my laptop and even then it is still stops at the initial boot it self. Please help me which to checkMy pc is on below pic with single ram stick.
