Windows 10: Windows 10 FTP Isolation

Greetings all, I set up an FTP site on my Windows 10 Pro Feature 1909. There is one FTP directory where I’m using Filezilla to upload/download files which is working just file.


However I would like to add another user to my Windows 10 computer and also give that user the ability to use FTP but I don’t want that user to be able to see the files in my FTP directory. It would then appear I would need FTP isolation working on this machine.


I can’t find any online instructions how to include/install FTP Isolation in Windows 10.


Do I have to destroy my current FTP setup up and redo it in order to include FTP Isolation or is there some other way to get around this?


Any help would be appreciated. Online website instructions would be very helpful. Thanks all.


PS: I have Windows Server 2003 running on another machine with FTP Isolation active but I can't relate those setup instructions to Windows 10 and where in the setup process the Isolation can be setup.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

FTP Client

Does anyone know if there is any way of using FTP with the Kin TWOm? If I try to specify FTP:// in the browser window it tells me it is an unsupported protocol. Oddly, when I go into the service menu there are some FTP parameters in there.
