Windows 10: Windows 10 - Galaxy buds3 pro won't use stereo and only uses handsfree

I am on windows 10 and have connected my Galaxy buds3 pro to my computer. I have the galaxy wearables app on my computer as well. When i connect to my computer, it automatically uses the ag hands free audio, instead of stereo. When i select stereo, there is no sound that comes out of my earbuds. if i'm using the hands free audio, it does not sound good at all. I am able to select the stereo option, but nothing comes out when I do. I tried using the bluetooth troubleshooter and reinstalled I think the driver for that, and i'm still having the issues.

Bluetooth Headphones will only connect to Handsfree Audio, not Stereo (Stereo is disconnected)

The Bluetooth headphones that I'm using are the JBL E45BTs and when I connect my headphones to my Windows 10 PC, the sound quality is terrible and there's no option to switch it to Stereo. I checked the Sound Playback list and saw that the Stereo option was disconnected for no reason. I don't know how to connect to the Stereo mode, as right-clicking and selecting "Connect" doesn't do anything. When I tried to change the sound quality on the Handsfree mode, the option is greyed out and I can't change anything. There are a lot of people saying that unchecking the Handsfree Telephony option will make it better, but all it does is remove my sound until I check it back on. I tried reinstalling the drivers, but that didn't do anything. Any help will be appreciated.
