Windows 10: Windows 10 gallery and other applications associated with pictures and movies are in German

My Daugher's computer has German as the language for her Gallery and other apps. How to I fix this?

associate email with Pictures Gallery using Windows 10

I want to use the Picture Gallery to batch resize photos and email them. When I "Send to Mail Recipient", I get an error saying no email program is associated. I use the Mail app, it is my default email. How can I associate the Mail app to the Picture Gallery?
(This is necessary because there does not seem to be any other way to batch resize with Windows 10).

I understand that when you try to open the file, you are prompted that the files does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. We will certainly help you.

• What file are you trying to open?

This issue is caused if the file is not associated with any of the application or program to open it.

If those files are the pictures as I can see that you are trying to access the picture folder. I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if the issue resolves.

• Right click on the file and select Open with.
• Select Photo App or Photo Gallery.
• Double click and check if you are able to open that file.

Need Photo Gallery prog. to use Movie Maker


I've used Movie Maker for a long time and you don't think you need Live Gallery. Just open Movie Maker\File\New project then drag and drop pictures or videos into the work area on the R.
PS; if you only deleted the desktop shortcut, do a Cortana search for Live Photo Gallery. Uninstall would require more interaction from you than just deleting the shortcut from desktop. Install location is Crog Files (x86)/Windows Live/Photo Gallery (both p.g & M.M)
