    Windows 10 games wont load past splash screen


    Some of the games I have installed through the Windows 10 store will not open, it will open the splash screen for the game but no process will start and eventually it will close itself. The games that won't open are Forza Horizon 3 and State of Decay 2 while for some reason Minecraft Windows 10 Edition will open fine. I tried reinstalling State of Decay and it worked right after the update finished but when I tried to play it again it did not.

    Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Halo 5 forge crashes on splash screen

    Hey guys, yesterday i downloaded the halo 5 forge for windows 10 but every time i launch the game it just crashes at the splash screen.

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice now and uninstalled and reinstalled the halo app as well and reset the windows 10 which all have been suggested to do from google searches, but no matter what i have tried the game wont work.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    wont get past windows splash

    My HTC Arrive windows 8 phone will not boot past the "Windows Phone" splash screen. Tried rebooting # of times, changed batteries. No fix. Please help.

    Windows 10 games wont load past splash screen

    Several apps now hang at splash/loading screen

    Just before Xmas I noticed several apps stopped working and would just hang/freeze on their startup splash screen. I'm unaware if there was an OS update just prior, and I haven't had one since. All this apps had been working fine without issue prior.

    The apps/games I have on my phone with this issue are:

    • NAB (Bank App)
    • Spotify (sits at black screen with "Loading..." and blue scrolling dots)
    • Wordament (Microsoft Game)
    • TBlog (replacement for Tumblr on Win Mobile) (has had an update recently, but did not fix issue)

    I have tried the following with no success:

    • Delete and re-install apps
    • Soft reset
    • Hard reset and restore
    • Hard reset without restore
    Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to fix this issue? The banking app in particular is hard to live without.

    Phone is a Lumia 640XL LTE running Win 10 1607 / 10.0.14965.1001
