    Why do questions not get answered???? HELP!

    Just so you are aware, these forums are setup by Microsoft to enable users like you and me to
    ask questions and share answers. This forum is similar to all of the Microsoft forums ... users helping users. There are times that MS employees read a post and answer as we have seen here on these forums.



    I participate because I enjoy it and want to give back to the community that has given a lot to me over the years and I am convinced that the others that have been coming here do the same. This is still a "new" forum but it is growing and we are getting
    more folks versed in different areas ... in time it will be an excellent place to get solutions.



    I am sure that if someone reads your question and if they have a solution they will post it.

    Why do questions not get answered???? HELP!

    I have posted a couple of times regarding a query of why Mobile 6 will not show the folders I have on my exchange account. No one even attempts and answer. I thought MS monitors these forums and suggests help when appropriate. Please, someone from MS, please
    answer my questions.
