Windows 10: Windows 10 gets slow after 22h2 update KB5018482

Hello,i have a big performance issue after I installed the newest 22H2 update. All of the sudden my Laptop is really slow. I checked my TaskMAnager but the performance is good. I started to reinstall Windows but after installing the update it just is like the same as before. I also searched maybe for damaged files with no success.So i am asking what can i do to check what is wrong with my laptop. Kind RegardsIbrahim

If you can't install it from windows update you can try to install it manually, it's the same KB5015684 obtained with windows update.

I wish things are that simple. My error code was 0x80246017, and I don't have KB5020435 installed so it's a dead end. BTW, MS lists like 6 or 7 error codes of the format 0x8024xxxx on the "troubleshooting WU problems", and when you chose next step, it suggests generic steps: run WU troubleshooter, check if your disk has no errors, is your remote disk is accessible, etc. Same as MS community; each similar error has completely different cause and (re)solution.
MS in notorious for this- if it works then OK, if it doesn't then good luck.

 

Computer is slow after Windows 11 22H2 update

Hi~

I installed the new Windows 11 update (22H2?) this morning and suddenly my computer is running super slowly. Any browser I use is slow, and videos take very long to load. And many programs and even file explorer suddenly freeze for several moments. My wifi also randomly stopped for a few seconds.

My laptop was running just fine until today's update and now it's frustratingly slow and glitchy. Any suggestions? Or is it possible to uninstall the update?
