Windows 10: Windows 10 gets stuck at "Preparing automatic repair" while installing

So I finally made a .iso file for W10 Pro x64 and started installing it. Everything went smoothly my PC restarted 2 times. But when it got to 81% (in total) while "Installing drivers and features" it resterted for the third time and then it started giving me the "Preparing automatic repair" and then "Diagnosing your pc" stuff. I was able to launch the automatic reapair and roll back to W7. Can anyone help me to fix this?

I have a message when trying to start Windows 10 Home "Preparing Automatic Repair" which just sits there and nothing happens?

Is there a way to get my hdd to boot to Windows 10 Home when the automatic repair message is stuck on the screen? I have tried several attempts to get my PC to boot but all I see is this constant message "Preparing Automatic Repair"? It won't advance
past this message and it has been running now for at least 25 minutes.

 

Random Kernal Security Check Failures

Ok I ran the driver verifier and found out my "klupd kilf arkmon.sys" is corrupted but now my pc keeps getting stuck on a black screen reading, preparing automatic repair

 

Update: tried it again still does the same thing *Sad
