Windows 10: Windows 10 gets stuck on the blue sign in screen- Says my password is wrong.

I have tried everything that I could find. I've restarted the windows 10 pro with a hard reset but nothing. It also keeps getting stuck on rebooting screen or a blue sign in screen, which when I try to log in it says my password is wrong. But it's not cause I use the password everyday. I don't know what else to do. I've tried doing the troubleshooting options and the safe mode but it doesn't pop up for me. * Moved from Community Center * Original title: Help! Blue screen loop and the password is wrong

I need urgent help please , i was having a problem where the troubleshooters in my laptop isnt working so i Searched online and they said to do a restore point after I did a restore point the blue screen now came in and I got stuck on it and I’m trying
to fix it but everytime I try to boot up windows The blue screen comes back and then now they’re asking me for the password and I’m typing it and they say it’s wrong

 

Stuck in Windows 10 Upgrade

My computer seems to be stuck in a Windows 10 failed upgrade loop. I was running fine on a beta version of Windows 10, and then I came downstairs one morning to see it repeatedly booting, attempting to repair, then rebooting. The steps I've taken to diagnose are:

• Attempting to boot off a USB drive (with all drives disabled in BIOS) - this fails at the point of the blue windows screen
  
• Attempting to boot the machine itself and getting into "repair/safe mode" using F7
  
• Looking at the BIOS for obvious failures (e.g. RAM that should be there is missing) - nothing obvious is wrong.
  

I am fairly certain the build version was 9926. For many months, the system would attempt to upgrade, and then say "it failed" for some reason and roll back.

Suggestions for next steps?

Step 2b is labeled as Change the Login Screen Image, but the steps show you how to change the Lock Screen image. Step 2a is irrelevant. It only tells you how to change the desktop background.

What I want to do:
Set Spotlight as the LOCK Screen Image(s) - Done
Set the Win 10 Hero Image as the SIGN IN Screen Image - This is the one that shows after you click on the lock screen and you are able to type your password. If I uncheck "Show Lock Screen Image on Sign In Screen", it shows a solid blue background behind my Password box and user image. This is what I want to change to the Hero Image....
