Windows 10: Windows 10 getting "Automatic repairing" and "diagnosing PC" messages

If you boot to the windows 10 iso and then navigated through it to the windows advanced troubleshooting menu you can perform a startup repair. That may fix the automatic repairing and diagnosing messages.
If the startup repair fails then you could perform the in place upgrade repair.

 

I found the log files in \\windows\system32\logfiles\srt and srttrails.txt has:

I reached out to AVG, and they had me rename all of the avg*.sys files (avgboota.sys was not one I found...) and still have the same issue.
If I try to boot to safemode, and select option F8 (skip advanced antivirus or something) I get an inaccessible boot device.

Macriums did not resolve the issue. Everything looked like it rain fine, but still getting the critical failiure on the AVGBOOTA.SYS (I did find a site that had this file, and I dl and copied the file to \windows\system32\drivers\ but did not help)

 

At this time what happens when you power on?
Were you ever able to get to the computer's Windows advanced troubleshooting options?
Were you able to use a F key to choose the boot device or change the bios boot order and boot to a windows 10 iso?

 

The missing .sys file symptom has occurred in other threads, relatively recently, although I think it was a different AV product.

Needs research.

This is a Lenovo t510 and recovery media is Windows 7 Professional.
I press f8 and I get the safemode start menu. but all options bring me to inaccessible boot.-

Please confirm that the only disk connected or installed is the mSata disk you are concerned about.

 

YEAH! I can now boot! I just keep doint the samethings over and over and finally F4 safemode let me in, adn then I could boot to normal!!!
I am sorry if I can not tell exactly what I did.
(I am now having issue connecting to the internet, but that should be EASY to fix*Smile)
