Windows 10: Windows 10 “getting devices ready” freezes on startup from new windows installation.

Ive been trying to get my new pc set up for almost a week, and just one night ago i was able to actually get in. I was happy. Tonight i was downloading software i wanted to use on my pc, and it eventually froze. On startup i wasnt able to get back into my pc like before, so i figured id do a clean installation of windows 10 again on my usb drive, and sure enough, it works, except that when my pc restarts to start up the newly installed windows 10 home, it freezes anywhere in the “getting devices ready” or “getting ready” parts. All i see for solutions are, clean install it and take out any peripherals, but nothing changes. Every time it freezes, i have to hard restart my pc and i have to re type in my product key for windows 10 home, to then reinstall it again. Ive probably typed in that code about 20 times now.


Like i said, my loading circles arent moving, they are frozen, and im stuck right now at “getting devices ready 50%, and hasnt moved for nearly an hour. Its a completely frozen screen.


please help, ive run into so many problems that i have never experienced with my past and more dated build. I just want to play games.

Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
