Windows 10: Windows 10 gives me ALL my notifications I missed when the computer wakes up...

My Windows 10 tower in my home office will go into sleep mode several times throughout the day. I have it set to a fairly low time limit for that. The problem comes in when I leave my desk for more than a few mins.When I come back to my computer after a longer stretch, unless I do something to stop it, my computer starts playing the notification sound effects over and over and over again for nearly 2 mins straight as it slowly shows me every individual notification I missed while it was in sleep mode. I have never had one of my Windows 10 machines do this. Also, it is not specific to the app.I

Did all the steps exactly as shown above and "Allow this device to wake the computer" was already selected.

I think you might have miss-understood the problem. It appears that the computer is waking up, but it doesn't re-connect to my display. I have to turn off the display and turn it back on to get my display to to re-connect. This was not a problem prior to
the last Win 10 upgrade.

 

Disable screen wake from notifications ?

Thanks for your suggestion. I've tried it but Quiet Hours does not stop the screen from waking. I also had all notifications disabled for a while, which does stop the screen from waking, but this obv makes me miss notifications while I'm actively on the PC.

Any other ideas?

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.
