    Around one week ago I was doing the 2004 update for my PC, plus the June and march update. after I reset my PC my from the updates I realized that my windows key on my laptop didn't work, so i tried the windows icon Start on the taskbar to turn off my PC. the windows icon didn't work. same with all the window apps like setting, WiFi connection, and my battery settings. I also realized that every 20 secs or so my windows desktop keeps refreshing. what I mean by that is its like the ctrl + windows key + shift + B but theirs no beeping sounded when it happens and it still hasn't stopped. things I can see that work are all non windows apps like games, chrome, and so on . I'v tired to do some of the things in safe mod like getting some old pictures off it and files but it acts the same way making it very hard to get files on a hard drive .I'v also tried to uninstall the update through the blue screen and to reset windows with keep files on through the blue screen. I'm not sure of what other options I have to fix my PC. I hope theirs something I can do.

    Glitching After Updating To Windows 10

    Hi Ahsiek,

    Display errors might have caused by an incompatible drivers. For us to isolate the issue, we would like to know the following:

    • What is the
      build number and version of your Windows      ?
    • When you say glitch, does it mean that the screen flickers?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
    • What is the make and model of your Windows 10 laptop?

    In the meantime, we suggest that you update the graphics driver of your Windows 10 by following the steps given on this article:

    Windows 10 fails to update


    When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

    Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

    I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.
