Windows 10: Windows 10 glitchy and won't let me click anything?

Guys anyone got any ideas why my Windows 10 is glitchy after being on for an hour? So once it's on for 1 hour or more when I click the windows button it loads as usual but I can't sign out or shut down it just closes the start menu? Also when I click on a program it doesn't do anything just closes the start menu again? It can't be a setting as it does it on the other user's accounts!

i have done the following to try rectify -

Apply ALL Windows updates

Scan & Repaired via command prompt

Run a full virus Scan



But still nothing? It's driving me MAD!!!!!!

Making backup and re-format...

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Run Windows app troubleshooter.

Refer to the below link:

Step 2: Run shell commands for Windows store and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Command prompt(Admin) to open elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  Type the following commands.
  
  
  
  powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
  
• 
  Hit enter, the blackscreen will appear still for a couple of seconds. After a couple of second a new line saying C:\.... will appear.
  
• 
  Close Command Prompt.
  
• 
  Try to start the Windows Store again.
