Windows 10: Windows 10 goes crazy opening and closing the wrong programs

I have had this issue since I installed Windows 10 and it is driving me insane.Every couple of weeks or so, my PC goes crazy for no reason, switching the mouse clicks to open and close the wrong programs, while freezing some other programs.I click to close Outlook - it closes the browser., and vice versa. I click to close Audacity - it opens RealPlayer or another media program. I click on something else - it opens my world clock etc etc etc . My excel files are frozen.I have to restart the PC to get rid of this mayhem and then re-save my recovered files.I usually have several programs opene

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows closes the wrong program

Going all the way to the "x" on the top right of the screen closes out the programs BEHIND the program I am trying to close out. All applications are full screen, Windows, not me, just selects the wrong program to close. It glitches out or something and
goes to the farthest back program and exits out of that. Not sure how to turn off this awful and annoying feature with no purpose. Would be great if windows would fix this glitch so that I can stop closing out programs that I am working on.

 

Windows 10 Store opens for no reason by it's self.

Hi,

To resolve the issue with your Windows Store, we suggest that you reset it by following the steps listed:

• Press Windows Key + R to open Run.
• Type wsreset.exe, and click OK.

It will show a command prompt window which is blank, but it is clearing the cache. Just wait for the Store to close and open automatically.
