Windows 10: Windows 10 goes to sleep mode while checking disk at start

Hi,I am having an issue with the Windows 10, While performing the disk checking at the start after showing the windows logo after almost completion of stage 1 phase 2, Windows goes to sleep mode. Later, it requires to press the power button and start again as when I resume the system it shows nothing on the screen. Any help to address the issue will highly be appreciated. Thank you.

Computer goes to Sleep mode automatically

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below if not tried already and check if it helps.

• Navigate to Start>Settings>System>Power & sleep.
• In the right pane, select Never from the drop down list for
  Screen and Sleep.
• Close the dialog box and check for status.

WINDOWS 10 GOES TO SLEEP MODE AND EVENTUALLY GOES TO SHUTDOWN

I would suggest that you perform the methods mentioned below and check if the issue persist:

Method 1: Run power troubleshooter.

• On the search bar type “Troubleshooting”
• Click on “View All” left panel.
• Click Power, new window will popup.
• Follow the on screen instructions.

Method 2:

If the power troubleshooter didn’t detect any incorrect settings, then it is possible that the issue is caused by an incompatible or corrupt driver. When the computer goes to sleep mode, Windows sends a request to all hardware parts asking to enter
sleep mode. But if the driver for a particular hardware part (like a network adapter or graphic card) is corrupt, it might not respond to these requests and may prevent the computer from entering sleep mode. To resolve this, I would suggest you to run Windows
update to make sure that you have installed the latest drivers for all the devices. Refer to the section ‘To check for updates’ in this article:
