Windows 10: Windows 10 gone down

Need some advice right so basically my laptop was restarting from fresh and it froze and was like this for 2 hours so i nocked it off and restarted it and it came up with The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows click ok to restart the computer then restart to installation but its not working everytime i press ok it reboots and comes up with the same message my man is going mental on me and idk what to do?

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
