Windows 10: Windows 10 got stuck on the black screen while updating from 1809 to 1903

I have an Axioo Neon MLC series laptop running Windows 10 Pro version 1809. I tried to upgrade to version 1903. After hours later, my laptop appears on the black screen and says "Undo changes made to your computer" with rotating circles. After that, I turned off and restarted several times, but it still got stuck again.

Windows 10 stuck at black screen


hi, i tried upgrading my windows 7, but failed 5 times.
step 1 on copying files are 100%
step 2 installing features n updates are 100%
step 3 FAILED, it stuck on black screen and freeze, nothing i can do besides force restart and its restored to my windows 7 back.

any idea how to solve this? it's always stuck at 75% step 2 and when go to step 3 is freeze ( 5 times in row, i'm thinking give up or buy new laptop with windows 10*Biggrin*Biggrin*Biggrin)

p.s i'm currently downloading ISO file to blank DVD hopefully it's works

 

Windows black screen after windows 10 1903 update

I got stuck on a black screen with cursor after windows 10 1903 update . I tried to open Task Manager but it is not working , I tried to start up in safe mode but it also freezes after login. Please help.

 

Upgrade Win10 from 1809 to 1903 and now RDP screens are black

After upgrade from 1809 to feature update May 2019 to 1903, when I RDP into my other machines, the screen remains black. If I'm remembering correctly, it did the same thing from 1803 to 1809. Anyone else have this happening?
