Windows 10: Windows 10 Graphics Failure

Hi im using a pre-built gaming PC only a few months old, that is having a lot of crashes recently where either the system will completely freeze or a loss of video signal OS still functioning but no video output to monitors


PC Specs are Ryzen 7 3700X with RX5700XT gpu, running Windows 10.

I was able to pull the following information from the Windows Reliability History app. Can someone assist with determining the cause of the crash? Thanks.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

I would suggest you to follow the same steps above suggested by Jenith_James and select the previous operating system like
Windows 8/8.1 or Windows 7 and install it
and check if it helps.

Let's try the below steps and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

Method 1: I suggest you to update graphics drivers
following the below steps.

• Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
• Search for Display Adapters and expand it.
• Right click on the graphics driver and select
  Update driver software.

Method 2: Uninstall and Reinstall the
graphics card drivers and
update and check.
