    v windows 10 graphics settings not show amd ati 5000 series graphics cdd09d15-b9ce-462b-995d-662f6ec1b5bc?upload=true.png ok so basically i have intel hd graphics as well as amd ati mobility 5000 series graphcis, i want to use amd graphics because it is much better but it doesnt let me as you can see in the picture, this used to work but now it doesnt, i have the latest drivers have tried using rollback and device manager but still havent got anywhere, even when i use the amd settings it shows up as the laptop screen being used my intel and not amd so, display does not work, ive been up all night trying to find a fix, my pc is hp pavillion pv6 and if you need more information to help me out please just reply, thank you to anyone who tries to help me out.

    WINDOWS 10 ATI MOBILITY RADEON HD 5000

    My PC came with Windows 7 Home Premium x64 OS, ATI MOBILITY RADEON HD 5470 Graphics. I have upgraded to Windows 10 and reversed back to Windows 7 several times and now not sure to upgrade again. After the upgrade to Windows 10 anytime I am watching video,
    the PC FREEZES and heat up. I checked the Graphics, instead of ATI MOBILITY RADEON HD 5470 for Windows 7 is ATI MOBILITY RADEON HD 5000 for the Windows 10. Can Microsoft programme the Windows 10 to use the same Graphics ( ATI MOBILITY RADEON HD 5470 ) for
    the Windows 7?

    NB: I downloaded Catalyst Software Suite update (Legacy) from AMD website for Windows 7 using auto detect but I didn't work because it turned out to be ATI MOBILITY RADEON HD 5000.

    DirectX 12 downgrade to directx11 due to Graphic card request.

    Base on information from my graphic card manufacturer (please see content bellow - my card is BOLD), i would like to ask how can i switch from directx12 to directx11. Lot of softwares i use has black screen issue. I tried lot of things and last i found this
    infromation about my graphic card possibilities. I upgraded my Win 7 to Win 10 during free update event.
