my laptop windows 10 is hacked

the hacker has online access to my account

he has remotely locked my admin account

the hacker left msg on my screen” hkd 1btc tks”

i m currently using my laptop in safe mode local user

i wish to reset my laptop. I dont have any imp files or data in the laptop

Plz guide . I have not saved my office 365 serial key. How will i get it back in my laptop. How will i be able to install new windows 10 when i dont have access to my microsoft account.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
